Using tools such as the Brown & Sharp X Cal Model 9129 DCC Coordinate Measuring Center and the Brown & Sharp Micro Val 343 we can precisely measure details to our customer's specification needs. Along with Hexagon Metrology's PC-Dmis software we can give our customers the fully detailed reports they desire.

We also maintain a large inventory of other inspection and quality control devices including; Sheffield, Jones & Lamson and Micro-Vu Optical comparators, Height Gages, Granite and Iron Surface places, hardness testers, and others. All gages and quality control equipment are maintained and calibrated per our ISO9001 specifications on a yearly basis by Fox Valley Metrology.
